Prime Rib Dinner Nights are back at Tibbitts @ Fern Hill, bringing a four-course, reservation-only evening dinner to Tacoma’s historic Fern Hill neighborhood.
Chef Shawn Tibbitts serves one 6:00 PM seating every Wednesday and Thursday, with space for 25 guests per night. Each dinner is $75 per person and includes an appetizer, soup or salad, a prime rib entrée with starch and vegetables, and dessert.

Prime Rib Dinner Nights are intentionally small, seated, and chef-present. This is not an open-ended walk-in dinner service. Every night is planned around confirmed reservations, one shared seating time, a known guest count, and a four-course menu prepared for the room.
The appetizer, soup or salad, starch, vegetables, and dessert may rotate from week to week. The prime rib entrée remains the center of the dinner, served with au jus and apple horseradish.
Guests should arrive ready for the 6:00 PM seating. Coordinating everyone around one service time helps Chef Shawn Tibbitts protect the timing of each course and remain present from kitchen to dining room.
